Presented by Dr Sanil Nair (Integrative GP, NIIM) and Ashleigh Fuller (Principal Exercise Physiologist, Kieser), this engaging session brings together current clinical evidence with practical, real-world strategies to support cardiac function, metabolic health, and long-term wellbeing.

About Dr Sanil Nair
Dr Sanil Nair is an Australian trained General Practitioner who has a passion for empowering patients to be in control of their own health. He began his medical career in India as an Anaesthetist, before moving to the UK and commencing work in Intensive care. He has worked in Intensive Care in Melbourne and Alice Springs, and now maintains a thriving career in General Practice. Integrating conventional and evidence-based complementary medicine, Dr Nair takes a holistic approach in his practice, focusing on finding the root cause of any diseases and addressing any impacts to a patient’s wellbeing. To maintain his own wellbeing, Dr Nair stays healthy with regular running and balanced nutrition. He has participated in marathons in Australia and London, practises cold immersion therapy (following the Wim Hoff Method), intermittent fasting, and infrared sauna sessions.


About Ashleigh Fuller
Ashleigh is the Principal Exercise Physiologist at Kieser Sandringham and Caulfield. Ashleigh has a strong clinical interest in using exercise to manage cardiovascular health and empowering her clients with knowledge and ways to best manage their overall health and wellbeing. Ashleigh has a Master Clinical Exercise Physiology, Bachelor of Exercise Science
